We generally do not receive complete payment-card numbers.

3.1 General Educational Information

3.2 No Individual Diagnosis
Plant symptoms can have several possible causes. Photographs and written descriptions may not provide enough information for a reliable diagnosis. Any diagnostic framework is an educational decision aid, not a guaranteed identification.
3.3 Variation in Growing Conditions
Orchid responses vary according to species, hybrid, cultivar, plant age, climate, growing conditions, and the grower’s application of the information. No particular growth, flowering or recovery result is guaranteed.
3.4 Chemical and Pesticide Safety
Any reference to a pesticide, fungicide, fertilizer or treatment is general information only. Before using any product, you must read and follow the current product label, confirm legal approval in your location, follow all instructions, and use appropriate protective equipment. The product label and local law take priority over any general statement in our materials.
3.5 Biosecurity and Plant Disposal

4. Refund and Digital Products Policy
4.1 Scope
This policy applies to digital products sold by Orchid Bloom Lab™, including books, guides, workbooks, checklists, schedules, templates, and bundles.
4.2 Nature of Digital Products
Digital products are normally made available immediately or shortly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, purchases are generally final and non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons. Please review product descriptions, samples, and system requirements before purchasing.
4.3 Situations Normally Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will not normally be provided where you changed your mind, did not read the description, expected content not stated, lack compatible software, accidentally purchased the wrong product but accessed it, found similar information elsewhere, or did not achieve a particular orchid-growing result.
4.4 Situations We Will Review
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction
- Payment was taken but access was not provided
- The supplied file is corrupted or materially unusable
- The file supplied is materially different from the product purchased
- The product has a serious technical defect we cannot correct
- An unauthorised transaction has been established
- A refund or remedy is required by applicable law
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the link, supplying a replacement file, providing access in another format, or offering store credit.
4.5 Refund Request Period
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase after discovering an eligible problem.
4.6 Information Required
Include: purchaser’s name, email, order number, product title, purchase date, description of the problem, and screenshots where relevant. Send to hello@orchidbloomlab.com. Do not send complete payment-card details by email.
4.7 Assessment of Requests
We may review transaction and download records. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Where approved, a refund will normally be made through the original payment method.
4.8 Duplicate Purchases
Where records confirm the same customer accidentally purchased the identical product more than once, we will normally refund the duplicate transaction, provided the request is submitted within a reasonable period.
4.9 Download and Compatibility Problems
Before requesting a refund, confirm payment was completed, check spam folders, try the original link again, and ensure your device can open the file format. Contact us for a replacement link or file.
4.10 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to provide transaction records to the payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchasing access.
4.11 Bundles and Promotional Products
A refund for part of a bundle will not normally be available after the bundle has been accessed. Free bonuses have no separate cash value.
4.12 Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

5.2 Orchid Bloom Lab™ Name and Branding
“Orchid Bloom Lab™”, its logos, product-series names, cover designs, branding elements and associated goodwill are proprietary to Alfred & Jen LLP. No right to use our name, logo or branding is granted except with prior written permission.
5.3 Personal-Use Licence
When you lawfully purchase or download a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may store the file on personal devices, print a reasonable number of copies for your own use, complete worksheets for your own orchid collection, and retain a personal backup. You do not acquire ownership of the copyright or source materials.
5.4 Uses Requiring Permission
Without prior written permission, you may not copy or reproduce substantial portions, distribute files, upload to any sharing platform, resell or sublicense, include our materials in a paid course, translate or adapt, remove copyright notices, use our content for AI training, scrape our website, or claim our content as your own. 5.5 Limited Quotation
You may quote a brief portion of publicly available website text for legitimate commentary, review, scholarship or reference where permitted by law, provided you use no more than reasonably necessary, clearly identify Orchid Bloom Lab™ as the source, and do not imply our endorsement. This permission does not extend to paid products, complete tables, or image collections.
