Orchid Bloom Lab™ is an educational publishing brand operated by Alfred & Jen LLP in Singapore. We provide science-informed orchid-growing information, educational guides, bench guides, workbooks, checklists, schedules and related digital resources for hobbyist orchid growers.
2.3 Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to make a purchase.
A person who has not reached the applicable age of legal capacity may use the website or purchase a product only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website is lawful in your location.
2.4 Permitted Use
You may use the website and free content for lawful, personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
Digital products purchased from us are licensed—not sold—to you for your own personal use, unless a separate written licence expressly allows broader use.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect a completed purchase.

2.9 Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally delivered through:

- a customer account; or
- a third-party digital-product platform.
You are responsible for:
- entering a correct email address;

- downloading and storing your purchased files.

Orchid growing depends on many variables, including climate, cultivar, plant condition, growing medium, water quality, light, ventilation, pest pressure and grower technique. Results therefore vary.

When you submit a review, comment, testimonial, photograph or other material, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit it;
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

You retain ownership of your original submission. However, you grant Alfred & Jen LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, publish and display it for operating, promoting and improving Orchid Bloom Lab™, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may remove user content at our discretion.

We aim to keep the website reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
